Interlocking Bolt
This
bolt – unique to Mul-T-Lock offers superior protection
for every door you install it on.
The
ball bearings actually expand the width of the bolt after it enters the door
frame (the strike). Until the
correct key is used the bolt is a part of the frame.
Shown above is the Mul-T-Lock Hercular deadbolt
being
suspended by the expanded ball bearings.
No
other deadbolt can perform this gravity
defying
stunt. Other bolts are smaller than
the
opening
in the strike and will simply slip out.
