Our response vehicle
patrols the area below every night on a random schedule. When your monitoring station gives us the call,
our uniformed guard response officer is often already in the area and can
come right over.
Most companies charge $10 per month for
guard response plus $40 (and up) per false alarm! IF YOU HAVE A FALSE ALARM WE THINK IT IS OUR
RESPONSIBILTY TO MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT HAVE ANOTHER. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE DISPATCH. CUSTOMERS MONITORED WITH
SSI WILL NOT BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR THE GUARDS TO ARRIVE AT YOUR HOME OR
BUSINESS WHETHER FOR A TRUE OR FALSE ALARM. We charge $15 per month and $0 per response (for our monitoring
customers) We include one spot check per
month in Security Club areas, additional spot checks cost you $15 each.
