Alarm monitoring

When your alarm calls for help we listen, we act, we respond.

Our ULC listed Central Station features the following alarm processing technology and services:

GE MAS Mastermind windows based alarm processing software

MASterMind is a mature, stable product. The system is tried and tested on the Windows 2000 platform and is currently in operation throughout the world in a variety of settings.  MASterMind utilizes the most sophisticated operator alarm dispatch system available.  All events that involve an account are given to our operator on a single dispatch screen, and they are prompted through the entire dispatch sequence.  Pertinent information needed to process an alarm is selected from multiple files and is concisely disclosed, which speeds resolution and reduces errors.  Each signal and operator action is date and time stamped and recorded into history for the appropriate site to ensure control over the historical record. Historical records are controlled through immediate call and alarm disposition logging. Retrieving history is a simple one-click process.

Sur-Gard System III receiver

Sur-Gard's new System III virtual receiver responds faster than any other system to incoming phone signals. It features patented Automatic Handshake Selection (AHS) technology that responds faster to incoming signals; a vast improvement over conventional receivers. System III's built-in virtual technology learns where a call is coming from and where it's calling to, so the first available line card can answer the call. This process eliminates fixed-line hunt groups and maximizes line card use, so fewer are needed. System III recognizes caller ID, dialed number (DNIS) and originating numbers (ANI) instantaneously - before the call is picked up. Less time on-line means lower phone costs and the convenience of being able to trace the originating call, ghost calls and misprogrammed or malfunctioning dialers.

Internet monitoring featuring DSC TL250 / TL250D IP technology

DSC Internet monitoring technology is the only ULC-listed alternative to the ever-increasing cost of DVACS lines. The T-Link TL250 TCP/IP transmitter is compatible with the Power864 and MAXSYS control panels. It works within a proprietary LAN/WAN (intranet) to communicate alarm signals efficiently and economically. The T-Link connection can be fully supervised; any tampering or network trouble will be detected and reported to the Central Monitoring Station. This allows our dispatch operator to respond to the situation instantly.  The TL250D DVAC module enhances all of the features of a standard DVAC line at a fraction of the cost.  Clients use their existing Sur-Gard™ DVACS control panel or existing DSC DVACS module and replace DVACS communication with the TL250D communicator.

Europlex and Sur-Gard DVAC network

Maximum Monitoring has an established Sur-Gard and Europlex DVAC network providing coverage for the GTA, Golden Horse Shoe, and South Central Ontario.

MASweb internet access to your account base

MASweb allows central station dealers and their clients, using a standard Web browser, to access their customer information in real time, for the purpose of changing data and generating reports and viewing account history. Access to data is provided through the central station's MASweb-generated website.  Data changes that are made through the Web are stored and forwarded to our host servers. These changes are then subject to a standard review process to ensure database integrity in the Central Station. Once confirmed, these changes are then available to the end user.

Internet based, live-streaming remote video surveillance

MASterMind Central Station software is designed for use with the industry's leading video monitoring equipment.  Maximum Monitoring currently supports GE Interlogix and SecureVision™ DVR protocols. Upon receipt of an alarm condition, the video application displays the alarm information to the user and sends a command to the operator's Video Viewer application to start video viewing. The Video Viewer application displays video for the account in an alarm condition. In a typical configuration, each monitoring operator has both an alarm monitoring screen and a separate screen dedicated to the video viewer application. Additionally, we offer advance video features including pan, tilt, zoom, start, and stop.

GPS anti-theft monitoring and tracking services

Maximum Monitoring is the exclusive distributor for EyeFind GPS technology from Longview Advantage™.  The EyeFind integrates powerful GPS, Internet and cellular technologies to deliver innovative solutions for theft protection and recovery, fleet management, and asset tracking.
