Automatic Timers Uniformed Guard Services When all else fails
and you need human assistance we can help.
Our uniformed guards have been specially trained to handle break and
enter, home invasion and other situations.
In the Queen and Spadina area our guard patrol car is present 2½ hours
each and every night on the alert in case you or your alarm system calls for
help. Because of this fact, we have
been able to respond to an emergency situation in as little as one
minute. This is a huge claim that we
are very proud of. The cost of our Alarm
Response is $15 per month. In addition to guard
response to alarm signals, we also perform guard patrols and concierge
services. Our guard will do a check of
your building, ensuring that the doors are locked, windows are intact and that
there are no vagrants loitering on your property. Remarkably the cost
of this service is only $15 per spot check. Order our services -
together with alarm monitoring or without - and we will include one uniformed
guard spot check per month with the cost of alarm response. That’s like getting one service for free. How can we do
that? Easy: we are already here. When you receive your
spot check each month you, will know that our guard is in the area for another
15 minutes just in case of an alarm. For every new alarm
response customer we sign up, we will add 15 minutes per month to the amount
of time we are in the neighbourhood.
This is the Security Club concept. & What can a Master
Key System do for you? First: Less keys to manage Second: Improve security Third: Maintain lock systems First: By designing a master key system for your
building you will be responsible for fewer keys. There is no reason for you to have your
tenant’s keys in your pocket or in an expensive lock box. A Master Key will allow you access to
every tenant’s suite and all common area and restricted doors in your
building. This key can even be designed to open
filing cabinets and drawer locks. The Master Key is precious and should not
be given out to trades or even staff. Sub-Masters can be given to superintendents
and other staff. Trades can be given
keys that allow them access to the areas they require. Yes that is right a key just for the HVAC
Technician. They can even keep the key
as it will only grant them access to areas they need to get to in an
emergency. Tenants receive a key for their suite
door. In some applications this key
can also open the front door and laundry room door. Less keys for everyone to carry. Second: Locksmiths were the original security
consultant. We look at your property
and advise you on potential risks and solutions. Mostly we do this free of charge as part of
our regular duties. For more complex
issues we can be hired by the hour. A Master Key System with Mul-T-Lock
products will provide these benefits:
Key control, Pick resistancy, drill and tamper resistancy and User
Rekey enabled. Third: Locksmiths repair locks & related
hardware and sometimes even doors. Yes there are many things a handy man can
repair. Even changing a lock may seem
simple. HOWEVER, buying a $10 lock to replace a
$250 lock is just silly. Don’t let
your handyman take a door off the master system just to save a few dollars. Mul-T-Lock and free rekeys Over the lifetime of a lock it may be
rekeyed several times. Such as when a
master key is lost (or stolen) or when a tenant changes and does not return
the keys. Mul-T-Lock products offer two rekeys
included in the purchase price. You
must specify that you wish to use the 3-in-1 feature when ordering and
designing the system. In addition, Tenants cannot make copies
of the keys to their suite. Only you
can make more keys. As long as you
keep track of the number of keys made for each suite there is no need to rekey
a suite between tenants if all the keys were returned. The most important part is that your
tenants cannot go and make a copy of the key for $2. Without Mul-T-Lock security your building
may have thousands of keys in who-knows-who’s hands. Those copies are not exactly the same as
the original. This means extra wear and
tear on your common locks as people force rough cut keys to work on your
front door cylinder. Each Mul-T-Lock key is an original. Copies can not be made.
In many
applications it makes sense to use proximity cards for the front door of your
building. 1) Each card is
different. If you need to lock someone
out you can lock out only that one card and not affect everyone else. 2) A log is kept
of who came in when. 3) Tenants can
leave the card in their pocket or purse and still unlock the door. Access control
systems with proximity cards start at $1,200 installed + cards.
