This is standard equipment installed by Spadina Security. We like Paradox and HES because they work well and they look cool!
Although all electric strikes may look the same each is rated for a different number of cycles (uses) and for the amount of force it can withstand during a pull attack. The HES 5200 offers Grade 1 standards, this is the highest grade available.
Paradox named its company because it makes a high-end product for a low price. That’s the paradox! This reader looks very similar to readers we installed years ago. The differences are inside. New technology allow us to use only four wires to install this reader instead of seven.
Spadina Security is one of the only locksmith companies who installs access control in Toronto. It is funny that, in Toronto most locksmiths will install an electric strike but not the wires that control it. Most alarm companies will install the wires but not the electric strike.
